Fair use rationale for Image:Closercover.jpg[edit]

Image:Closercover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 18:10, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Notes[edit]

There were previously two tracks added to this page that I could not find any sources for. Listed as track 16 was "You're the Only Place", which was added with tracks 14 and 15 by the same user, but I cannot find that user's source anywhere at all. Later, an IP editor added "My December", a song that does exist in some fashion but per my research has nothing to do with this album. Can other editors help me look for these sources?

I have for now removed both songs from the article and changed "Limited Edition" to "Asian Edition", adding a note regarding the Japanese Edition in the same fashion as they are used at Glee Cast discography. CycloneGU (talk) 20:33, 3 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Upon further research and finding "Awake" having an Internet exclusive track, I went scouring and found a reference to two exclusive Website-only tracks in a 2004 review for "Closer" by an Amazon user. Valid source? Heck no. Can we prove the person wasn't telling the truth? Heck no. We just need to find an archive of the site. I've restored the songs as Internet Exclusives but without a reference; hopefully a good one can be found. Anyone want to help with that? Use the Wayback Machine as a help, but I had problems with this one while I found Awake Internet Edition easily in January 2007. CycloneGU (talk) 06:19, 4 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Track Listing[edit]

The track listing is missing "You Raise Me Up". I'm not in front of the CD, but that will need to be added before "Never Let Go" and after "Hymne A'Lamour".
