The result of the move request was: move Colin Moran to Colin Moran (footballer). -- tariqabjotu 16:48, 11 August 2013 (UTC)

– The footballer is currently located in the main place because he came first, but the baseball player is now the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. The footballer retired in 2009, while the baseball player is now a top prospect with his career on the rise. Past 30 day views support the baseball player: 2,783 vs. 259. Past 90 days views as well: 8.771 vs. 782. A Google search brings up results mostly for the baseball player, and none for the footballer that I can see. --Relisted. -- tariqabjotu 18:50, 29 July 2013 (UTC) – Muboshgu (talk) 14:06, 18 July 2013 (UTC)

  • Oppose baseballer → WP:PRIMARYTOPIC ; but support → Colin Moran (Gaelic footballer). There is no clear WP:PRIMARYTOPIC yet, not in print sources at least. Other dabs in cat are (Gaelic footballer). In ictu oculi (talk) 01:50, 19 July 2013 (UTC)
  • Weak support I'm comfortable with this if the baseball player is likely to be the most-searched topic for the foreseeable future, which seems to be the case, as indeed it is now. Compare to the RM at Talk:Luis Suárez#Requested move. Notability isn't temporary, but primary topic can be. We can revisit moves like these in ten years if we need to. --BDD (talk) 18:30, 25 July 2013 (UTC)
  • Semisupport move the Gaelic football player, replace with a disambiguation page per IIO -- 76.65.128.222 (talk) 02:40, 31 July 2013 (UTC)
  • Oppose move to the undisambiguated name. Support disambiguation of both article names and creation of a DAB at Colin Moran. No current primary topic. Andrewa (talk) 14:52, 10 August 2013 (UTC)
