Perhaps a good idea would be to mention Baseball at the Australian University Games. JRA_WestyQld2 Talk 12:13, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
[edit] University of Mississippi reference
What is the relevance of the Ole Miss reference in the second paragraph? There is no relevance in showing how Omaha can be made into an acronym which pokes fun at a particular university. Mcmac85 (talk) 02:21, 5 January 2010 (UTC)
- I don't see a need for it to be included in the article either.Kithira (talk) 20:58, 5 January 2010 (UTC)
[edit] Metal versus wood bats
This section in the article is extremely POV and needs to be edited by an objective third party. --Sephiroth9611 (talk) 23:28, 17 August 2010 (UTC)
- I removed the large block of POV text. Metal vs. wood bats is a notable debate, but not to the tune of being the first and largest paragraph in this article. I have reorganized the sections so that the article follows a more logical flow -- history at the top, minor issues like drug testing near the bottom. The list of attendance records seems incongruous. I'd prefer to see a list of champions, or all-time winningest programs, or something more relevant to a reader who uses this page as a first introduction to college baseball. And there's more cleanup and additions to be done. I'll save that for another day or another editor. Moishe Rosenbaum (talk) 01:06, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
[edit] Metal versus wood bats
Going to add some updates to this section about the new bat regulations for the 2011 season. Tinobaseball (talk) 03:40, 16 March 2011 (UTC)
