I attempted to CopyEdit this page as to a request on the page. However, I lack the knowledge on the subject to keep the subject matter true while improving style. I do have a few suggestions before the page can be copyedited by someone not aware of the History. Work on cutting out passive voice. It is unclear in many areas who committed actions. For instance, who had modified the original constitution? Politicians in general, the people, businesses, a certain party? Also, the words ¨tried to¨ is a bit skewing. Work on simplifying sentence structure throughout. Good luck. Rawgreenbean 03:01, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
