Title[edit]

Certainly I think it ought to be "crime" and not "crimes" (it's about the legal concept rather than the actual crimes themselves). If it's felt we need to disambiguate, wouldn't the correct form be something like Communist crime (Polish law)?--Kotniski (talk) 08:52, 1 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The term is increasingly used internationally by a number of organisations and agencies, such as the Institute for the Investigation of Communist Crimes in Romania, so it's not exclusively a Polish legal concept. Tataral (talk) 17:26, 15 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
