Wegman as the coiner of the term "Computational Statistics"[edit]

According to Edward Wegman#Career Wegman coined the phrase "computational statistics." Either this article needs to credit him with the origin of its name or give some reason why it should not. --Vaughan Pratt (talk) 10:08, 10 January 2011 (UTC)

If there are independent reliable sources for this, please add it. The reference given in Edward Wegman#Career is from the website of his former university, so not independent, and does not itself give a source for where and when he first used the phrase. Qwfp (talk) 21:00, 11 January 2011 (UTC)
