pls update about passengers filing a lawsuit A Miami lawyer filed suit against Costa Cruises on Tuesday afternoon, alleging that the operator was negligent for allowing the Costa Luminosa to sail after a passenger on a previous trip showed symptoms of the novel coronavirus.[1][2] and also On 21 March local news in Puerto Rico reported the death of the quarantined Italian woman.[3]

Change to Carnival Luminosa[edit]
