Say what it is[edit]

This article starts, "A cotyledon is a significant part of the embryo within the seed of a plant." That sentence doesn't actually tell the reader what a cotyledon actually is. Kaiserkarl13 (talk) 23:26, 16 September 2010 (UTC)

The cotyledon is, but my class and I think that Wikipedia is a fraud. ;( We don't trust them. — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 02:08, 24 January 2013 (UTC)

Change the image[edit]

the image for comparing monocotyledon and dicotyledon. please change the image for the monocotyledon, it can be very misleading. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rohmann (talkcontribs) 04:07, 24 November 2010 (UTC)
