N Brio's appearance[edit]

If N Brio appears in this game do you think the reason he appeared is because Uka Uka went to find him and tell Cortex and trick into working against him. It would explain why Uka Uka didn't appear after you fight him in Titans.

"Actually N.Brio and Cortex are working together and they betrayed Uka Uka and began milking him of his bad mojo." Pikachu Project added this.

True or False??[edit]

First of all, how can this be the seventeenth installment of the Crash Bandicoot series if the previous installment, Crash of the Titans, was only the fourteenth?(or, is it the fourth?) And how does the author of this page know if this actually is the next Crash game? He/she did not cite any references, or things like that, so we can't read this and tell for sure if it is true or not. As of now, I do not believe it to be true, and unless somebody can come and place more information, and some reliable references, I do not think this is factual.

I ♥ Crash

I cleaned up the page a little and added a legitimate reference to prove its existence. I also moved the page to its correct title. Cat's Tuxedo (talk) 01:47, 17 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

squeal to Crash of the titans[edit]

is this going to be a direct squeal or not if not then is there any information on gameplay —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.89.130.174 (talk) 16:34, 17 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you mean "sequel", then it most likely is a successor to Titans, with the same character designs, themes, and (maybe slightly improved) gameplay, . Xlittlecloudx (talk) 05:38, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

characters involved[edit]

I hear that Crash Coco Aku-aku Crunch Cortex and Uka-uka are involved —Preceding unsigned comment added by 139.55.20.126 (talk) 16:01, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

What's your source? Cat's Tuxedo (talk) 16:51, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

you know something your a Crash bandicoot geek aren't you sticking your nose in everything about it —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.90.171.238 (talk) 03:59, 6 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, yeah, I gotta make sure all (or at least most of) the Crash Bandicoot articles here are in peak condition as to give the CB fanbase a good name. That mean's we need a source for anything that comes up. That also counts for every article on Wikipedia. Keeps the vandals away. Cat's Tuxedo (talk) 12:09, 6 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I agree. A good article can't be limited to just rumors. There are other places for that, like discussion boards and the like. Xlittlecloudx (talk) 05:40, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

New info[edit]

When will new info be given out —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.90.196.72 (talk) 14:23, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It already has —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.90.206.193 (talk) 01:19, 23 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proof[edit]

Since when did Crash, Coco, Cortex and Brio were comfrimed? Source? SuperSaiyanCrash 18th April 2008 17:09 (UTC)

They weren't, they were only mentioned in an article that may not even be true. Removed it.

Also, what's the deal with the title? We used both titles on the page. We need to use one. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kobb (talkcontribs) 17:59, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Then what's this? [1] SuperSaiyanCrash 19th April 2008 16:09 (UTC)

That's an article that can easily be false.

69.24.125.144 (talk) 16:41, 19 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't see anything about this new title or info on Crash Village. Where exactly can you find it? Xlittlecloudx (talk) 18:38, 27 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It was leaked onto Crash Village for a short while. They had a premise and photos. They took it down most likely since it was leaked. Cat's Tuxedo (talk) 19:29, 27 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I removed some info that was false or undetermined. The game is NOT coming out on PS3 (Kirsten confirmed that) and I removed some sentences with terrible grammar. Kobb (talk) 20:41, 29 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Were on the references does it say Coco is only not on PS2. Also who keeps trying to delete the page[edit]

Which exact line on which exact reference is that on, hem? I'm not saying it's fake. I'm just saying that unless the right reference for that is mentioned, than it's not right for Wikipedia, and who is the dirty vandal who deleted the page 3 times? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.9.196.10 (talk) 14:54, 20 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm pretty sure the vandal's been taken care of. As for the "Only on PS2" thing, we'll kinda have to wait for an official, reliable source to say something along those lines before we add it back in. Cat's Tuxedo (talk) 22:48, 20 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Radical Entertainment confirmed it. You won't get any more reliable info than that. CBFan (talk) 12:54, 22 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I believe he wants a reliable online site saying that Radical confirmed it. Cat's Tuxedo (talk) 15:44, 22 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Exactly Radical have not said on any of the givin references that PS2 players can't play her.--84.9.196.166 (talk) 13:56, 24 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yes they did. Why else do you think I keep adding it? Radical Entertainment COMFIRMED that Coco is only usable in the Wii and X-Box360 versions, and NOT the PS2 version. CBFan (talk) 18:31, 31 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

not in japan[edit]

This game most likely will not be in japan because the first wasn't and that would be confusing —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.90.196.74 (talk) 20:45, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah your probably right about that —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ashkrules (talkcontribs) 14:16, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No offence but well... duh. --YowuzaZXWolfie (talk) 17:51, 23 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There. Coco is NOT in PS2 version.[edit]

http://forums.vgames.com/thread.jspa?threadID=73137&tstart=0

Yes, I know it's on a forum, but it is written by the staff at Radical, and you trust all the other information from the forums and fansites. So there. Coco is Not playable in PS2 version. CBFan (talk) 22:07, 26 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well sorry, but that isn't in any of the sources so how can people see it? --84.9.196.95 (talk) 16:56, 28 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, the answer is obvious... add it. I'd love to, but I can't figure out how. CBFan (talk) 14:57, 29 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

What I don't get is, the reason, Lego Star Wars can have tons of unique characters all at the same time, and that's on the PS2. --84.9.196.72 (talk) 18:43, 30 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, Coco has an entirely different moveset from Crash, and she's on the Wii and Xbox 360 versions. Since the PlayStation 2 is less advanced than those two consoles, it can't really handle two different movesets, so they had to replace Coco with Carbon Crash, who has the exact same moveset as Crash. Cat's Tuxedo (talk) 19:15, 30 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, but the different characters on Lego Star Wars have different moves as well. --84.9.197.22 (talk) 09:30, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I think this is beside the point. It's time to get back to the subject here. Since I would hardly call a forum a reliable source (that, and due to the temporary nature of forum threads), I say we wait for a review or another official source to come in before we can post that Coco isn't playable in the PlayStation 2 version of the game. Cat's Tuxedo (talk) 12:59, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
By that logic, we have to remove everything we got from Crash Mania. It's official, and has been for a long time now. Just accept it, Coco is NOT playable in the PS2 version. CBFan (talk) 07:00, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, but those interviews aren't stuck in forum threads, and that's why they are valid for use on Wikipedia. Just be a little patient and something is sure to come up. Cat's Tuxedo (talk) 12:40, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

http://www.gamershell.com/infosheets/454094.html

How about that then? CBFan (talk) 06:57, 7 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

While I may have doubts about the site's reliability (seeing how there's no author or date information, not to mention the lacking layout of the page), I guess it'll have to do for now. Allow me to work it in. Cat's Tuxedo (talk) 12:49, 7 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thats the same interview! someone just C+P'd it! its as reliable as the forrum! & it still has two problems with that anyway,
  1. you keep saying its from Radical, but it was answered by Sierra, not radical, all they do is publish the game, as they have done for years.
  2. the gamers hell one you could of put it on.

So we still have to find out. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.9.196.133 (talk) 17:09, 11 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That's a blatant lie and you know it. I've never even seen it until it got put on that forum. Just accept that Radical know what's true, they've told us what's true and accept it. CBFan (talk) 11:55, 17 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Last installment[edit]

Will this be the last installment? 71.29.180.126 (talk) 14:26, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No. Cat's Tuxedo (talk) 13:01, 5 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I think that was one of those annoying people who keep whining on that Crash is dead. This is ADBandicoot, btw. --88.109.24.237 (talk) 17:24, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hell no. --Coconutfred73 (talk) 18:25, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

However, with all the layoffs that've gone on at Radical (including the dismissal of pretty much the entire team that worked on Titans and Mutant), things aren't looking good. We'll just have to sit back and cross our fingers for some kind of news confirming a new installment. Cat's Tuxedo (talk) 21:06, 19 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

New Link.[edit]

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/achievements.php?gameID=617

This also confirms three of the bosses. CBFan (talk) 16:57, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I found this as well, I just searched up MOM interview & it brought this up,

Plot[edit]

Since the game's released, shouldn't we write about the plot?—Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.90.197.133 (talk) 22:38, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think I'll start working on it soon. Just got the game today. Cat's Tuxedo (talk) 23:13, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Release date[edit]

So this thing says it was released yesterday, which is news to me. I thought it was the 8th, so I was planning on getting it the tenth. BUT, is it a good idea to check a game store at a mall TOMORROW, because I am trying to get this game ASAP. The game store I am going to check is EBGAMES, which I got COTT from on OCtober 3rd.

Thanks 216.10.186.173 (talk) SSTF —Preceding undated comment was added at 00:41, 9 October 2008 (UTC).[reply]

Localized versions[edit]

When I bought this game for my Wii, I noticed that this was a localized version that included both text and dialog in three other languages, such as Norwegian, Swedish and Danish, in addition to the original. Is this something worth mentioning in the main article? Skoen (talk) 01:55, 5 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It probably shipped on the 8th or something. --Yowuza ZX Wolfie 16:15, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If there's a reliable online source that mentions this, it could happen. Cat's Tuxedo (talk) 02:00, 5 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
