Types of cuisine[edit]

There's a difference between regionally-based cuisines (French, Japanese, Southern American, etc), cultural cuisines (Jewish cuisine, e.g.), and what I refer to in my head as ideological cuisines (Haute cuisine, molecular gastronomy/nueva cucina/deconstructivism, vegetarian cuisines) which draw from regional cuisines but apply them in a different way. — The Potato Hose 18:34, 24 May 2013 (UTC)
