Article title

Should this page be titled "David D. Friedman"? --Anton Sherwood 06:38, 2 January 2006 (UTC)

Yes; there's more than one. See the first paragraph of his webpage. --zenohockey 19:29, 14 June 2006 (UTC)

relevance

Can we get more trivial and obscure? I think we should include Alan Greenspan's adopted children's fish, Zrock and Krinkle, as items on Wikipedia. Maybe, we can include articles on George Bush, Jr.'s grammar school teachers? Stevenmitchell 09:01, 1 July 2006 (UTC)

David is of interest not because of his family (is there an entry for his sister?) but because of his own writings. But feel free to propose the article for deletion if you're not satisfied. —Tamfang 17:35, 1 July 2006 (UTC)
Considering that I came upon this page specifically looking for David D. Friedman it's relevant in my book! He's an author and certainly notable in his own right. --MShonle 14:12, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
Why are people so willing to admit their ignorance? Why not contribute what you know, rather than dismissing that which you do not? I was personally shocked that Patri Friedman was even proposed for deletion, much less succeeded. Sometimes it seems like Wikipedia is infested by the ignorati. Specifics

This page lacks specifics regarding Friedman's contributions to anarcho-capitalist economic theory. In fact, the anarcho-capitalist page has more info on this subject. Let's insert some information on Friedman's utilitarian approach, and his response to Rothbard's Natural Rights position. Anyone got a copy of "Machinery of Freedom" handy?

Picture

Can someone put a picture of Friedman on here?
