1992 Maastrict case?[edit]

It was mentioned in the House of Commons today (2019-03-27) that Lord Pannick represented Rees Mogg in 1992 in arguing that the government could not ratify the Maastrict treaty -- is this notable enough for inclusion? 2019 Prorogation case[edit]

Pannick has been representing the case in court - outcome currently awaited - that Boris Johnson's government acted illegally in proroguing parliament for an unusually long period, allegedly to ensure that the UK leave the European Union without a deal by preventing parliament from stopping this from happening.
