Ornish diet is not a vegan diet[edit]

In regard to this edit [1], the Ornish diet is not a vegan diet. It has always included egg whites and non-fat dairy products. The secondary sources on the article are reliable that document this, you can also find the information on Ornish's own website "Non-fat dairy foods (no more than 2 servings/day) and egg whites are included" [2] and "A low-fat, plant-based approach that includes a variety of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, legumes (and nonfat dairy and egg whites if you’re following the Dr. Dean Ornish Program for Reversing Heart Disease) will provide you with more than adequate nutrition as well as delicious food with a bounty of health benefits" [3]. I am not sure why some in the vegan community still want to insist the Ornish diet is entirely plant-based. The diet also allows fish oil supplements.
