Untitled[edit]

In the basketball section, it might be nice to mention that groat played for Duke. He was one of the first people to have his number retired at Duke.

dick groat[edit]

the wikipedia entry on dick groat states: "Interestingly enough, he did not play baseball at Duke." not true. I saw him play baseball at duke when i was 10 years old and he was a maniac on the bases. He probably was on a basketball scholarship, but he definitely played baseball. Taz 32 (talk) 18:51, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
