It appears FDA moved to a lawsuit in January 09. It also appears the product has been withdrawn since, on an unknown schedule. See [1] kabulykos —Preceding undated comment added 05:51, 15 November 2009 (UTC).
- I was able to purchase it In America on occasion through somewhere around the spring or summer of 2011. I don't recall any specific instances of seeing it in stores since then, but even prior to that it was in and out of stores from time to time, and I recall fearing that it had been discontinued as early as 2009 (I was first introduced to it in 2007, I believe). 208.180.238.130 (talk) 15:00, 6 January 2012 (UTC)
