"Doug Turner invented Geolocation on the Web?" Probably not. The reference cited is to a document by Andrei Popescu from Google.. The original proposal seems to have been made in this message by Popescu in 2008.. Not seeing Turner involved in the early discussions. --John Nagle (talk) 21:34, 22 July 2014 (UTC)
