Mayan names?[edit]

Where does the "dz" come from names like Chikindzonot, Dzemul, Dzibilchaltún, Dzidzantún, Dzitbalché, Dzilam, Dzoncauich, Tahdziú or other names? --58.178.140.39 (talk) 03:06, 10 August 2008 (UTC)

Esperanto[edit]

There is no such digraph in Esperanto, and the sources presented by anonymous editors clearly state that it existance is a marginal theory. Because of this it should not be mentioned in the article. Put it into a section within Esperanto somewhere. 178.49.18.203 (talk) 04:54, 5 September 2013 (UTC)

The presence of scholarly discussion of the dz in Esperanto makes it more relevant for inclusion, not less so. If you feel that the existing text is unbalanced, feel free to expand on it. Besides, both Esperanto and Esperanto phonology link here. --145.226.30.45 (talk) 08:19, 5 September 2013 (UTC)
