Average[edit]

Not sure of the meaning of "1 Gbit/s high-speed internet, over 200 times faster than the national average over a fiber optic network". I suppose it is not really about an "average over a fiber optic network". Shouldn't it be rewritten as "1 Gbit/s high-speed internet over a fiber optic network, over 200 times faster than the national average"? I take the risk to rewrite.
