Title and subject[edit]

We need to figure out what to do with this. The article is so poorly verified and so ... well not so well written that it's not entirely clear what the topic is, precisely. Berechiah ha-Nakdan wrote in Hebrew, so "Early English" doesn't refer to the the language. But did all of those writers write in Hebrew? Did some of them write in English? But "early English" is not a term historians use--it's for linguists. "Jewish literature of England between 1066–1290"? Obviously this is the literature pertaining to History of the Jews in England (1066–1290), but I do not know of an easier, shorthand way to put this, for a title. Ealdgyth, do you have any ideas? Dimadick, I saw your edits--you have any thoughts? Drmies (talk) 16:23, 27 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The article in its current form has a very limited scope in both geography ([[England) and time period (13th century). It barely mentions earlier works by Jews, and mentions no later ones. The title is misleading. Dimadick (talk) 17:24, 27 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
