info is in the public domain and does not fall under copyright law

Can you give me a link to where it says that this text is in the public domain? עוד מישהו Od Mishehu 06:43, 9 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Od Mishehu, I have reviewed wiki's policy found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:CSD#G12, as stated before the eastern synod page is not in violation of any of wiki's policies nor can it be claimed to be in disagreement with copyright law. Furthermore, the understanding of public domain is that, it is in the public domain for use by all peoles, such as p&p ect. Therefore, it is unheard of to have a link indicating that something is in the public domain. If I may help, I highly suggest the you review the understanding of public domain from a legal prospective. I am sure you will find this new knowledge helpful. Take care. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Thright (talkcontribs) 21:39, 9 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry but you have failed to show that the text is, in fact , in the public domain. When was text written? Is it old or modern? Has the church released the text into the PD? Theresa Knott | The otter sank 21:43, 9 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I understand your point. Even know I know the material is in the public domain proving it will be difficult. I will wait and see if someone comes along and adds to this page. If not I may add to it myself. However, there are other pages that are of higher priority in the lutheranism section of wiki that need to created first.Thright (talk) 21:59, 9 March 2008 (UTC)thright[reply]
