Rewrite[edit]

The tone of this article didn't sound like the normal prose of a Wikipedia editor, so I checked, and sure enough it had been copied word-for-word from one of External link cites. Everything below the lead. The link was dead, so I linked to the Wayback Machine version and rewrote it completely, adding cites when necessary. standard building parameters[edit]

I came to this article to learn the basics about the building: square feet, number of floors, how much it cost, how many offices, meeting rooms, etc. Surprisingly, the article does not contain even a single dollar sign. The usual source for this information is surprisingly spartan. I'll add the basics in a minute.
