Can't we rename this article "Edinburgh Bypass"? That's what it's called by everyone there! --MacRusgail 21:38, 10 December 2005 (UTC)
- Nah, standard practise on the uk road articles is to name them using the number - remember City of Edinburgh Bypass, Edinburgh City Bypass and Edinburgh Bypass all redirect to the article (well they do now). wangi 22:04, 10 December 2005 (UTC)

- The only time I've ever heard it called "A720" is when someone is reading it off a signpost. --MacRusgail 13:35, 22 February 2006 (UTC)

- It's always been "the city bypass" to my family; never "Edinburgh bypass". – Kieran T (talk) 02:05, 24 September 2009 (UTC)
