Hi! I will review this article. Cheers! Basilisk4u (talk) 00:19, 21 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Notes[edit]

Lead
  • Add that he is Dominican in the first sentence: Eduardo Michelle Núñez Mendez (born June 15, 1987) is a Dominican professional baseball infielder.
  • What do you mean by a "natural" shortstop? I would suggest saying "Although shortstop is his main position, the Yankees have used Núñez as a utility infielder, and have played him in the outfield as well."
    • That is what's meant by "natural". I changed it accordingly. – Muboshgu (talk) 21:04, 22 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Career
  • I recommend placing "Majors" and "Minors" subsections within this section so readers can tell when he was called up
  • This section looks good!
Scouting profile
  • "bad pitches" I would recommend using a word other than "bad", perhaps "poor"
References
  • Online sources such as MLB.com should not be italicized
    • I'm not sure how to get around this. MLB.com is the work, not the publisher. The citation template is what is italicizing this. – Muboshgu (talk) 21:04, 22 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Add ... around MLB.com, it will take away the italicization
General
  • Is there any information about his early life? Is there a source for him being born in Santo Domingo?
    • Sadly, I see nothing about his personal life out there, just that the Yankees signed him when he was 16. I can find a source that says he's a native of Santo Domingo. – Muboshgu (talk) 21:04, 22 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • No problem. Try to add anything that comes up in the future. Basilisk4u (talk) 23:03, 23 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
