No Russia/CIS Section?[edit]

The energy 'crisis' (high oil prices) may have been responsible for the near-doubling of Russia's GDP, and powerful economic growth in other countries like Kazakhstan, during the 2000s. It would also be useful to discuss, or link to, oil stabilization funds, many of which were created in response to this. Stuffisthings (talk) 14:57, 15 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
