Mathematical Content[edit]

The table the mathematical content seems to be incorrect-

the 3rd and 4th columns aren't exactly the same as the second two, to be the same the last two entries in the 3rd would need to be at the top of the fourth.

I don't know if this is an error or a correct copy? Jonpatterns (talk) 16:51, 28 March 2012 (UTC)

1/11[edit]

Moved from article

There is an error associated with the unit fraction 1/11 which is not 1/12 + 1/33 + 1/66. The sum of fractions should likely be 1/11 = 1/22 + 1/33 + 1/66. It is possible that this is simply a typo above and the original has the correct values.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.49.55.157 (talkcontribs) 21 June 2012

I've checked on PlanetMaths which has the correct formula, so it looks like with was a typo. it now fixed.--Salix (talk): 11:08, 21 June 2012 (UTC)

aliens[edit]

"The original mathematical texts never explain where the procedures and formulas came from"

curiosuly the alien tinfoil hat thery is not mentioned anywhere in this article. I dont believe it but it's part of NPOV to declare it. Aliens man. 01:19, 16 August 2013 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.48.114.143 (talk)
