[edit] German history of Technology

The fact that this canal was built by the Prussians is covered in the history secion. Feel free to add detail. Unless there are separate lists relating to Polish, German, Lithuanian and Ukrainian histories of technology in Poland, the addition of the word German in the opening paragraph is not relevent.
