template for use in references sections[edit]

To make referencing the EOM easier, use the Template:SpringerEOM. Lunch 04:17, 27 June 2007 (UTC)

The template SpringerEOM has been merged into Template:Springer, which should be used instead; the two templates did almost exactly the same thing. R.e.b. 02:54, 16 September 2007 (UTC)

This should not be mentioned in the article proper, per Wikipedia:Avoid self-references. People who are looking for this will probably come to the talk page anyway. 194.151.6.70 11:41, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

  • As mentioned above, it's a violation of Wikipedia:Self-references to avoid. We should not refer to Wikipedia in the prose of an article, except when it is directly relevant to the subject. This is fundamental by our open-source and encyclopedic (implying non self-referential) nature. Cenarium (Talk) 00:04, 5 December 2008 (UTC)
