Merge into Enoch Powell[edit]

This short article about a slogan should be merged into Enoch Powell and Rivers of Blood speech. It is a stub, and will likely remain so. The slogan is specifially about Enoch Powell, and doesn't deserve to have its own article. The content is likely already duplicated in those two other articles anyway.
