Obviously, the article still needs work. More research is still needed too, from what I have learned they were working on BW (incl. EW) long before any of the other allies took it seriously in an offensive sense. Issue with Use of Photo File:Picture of Manchurian Plague victims in 1910 -1911.jpg[edit]

The photo entry has a description that indicates

there is a higher quality image available and
the current image is mis-labelled and may not show what it claims to show.
