Date of Birth[edit]

I changed this from June 21 to 01 Jan - as per the official site.

Lois Lane continuity info[edit]

I removed the following section from the page because it does not directly relate to Erica Durance. It is commentary by the user about age continuity issues for the character of Lois Lane between the Smallville TV show and the movie "Superman Returns." It would be a better fit for a page on the character, or perhaps the TV show or movie. Rob Banzai 20:23, 30 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

i agree that it is relevant: she has said that clothes inhibit her, surely this has a bearing on her acting? She talked in depth on the matter with Howard Stern on 10/9/06.

Caption on infobox photo[edit]

Speaking of Lois, why does it say "Lois Lane" below Erica's picture? Is this her portraying Lois? Wouldn't that be a more appropriate title?

Wikimedia commons has three pictures variations the same pictures of her in a blue t-shirt her hair tied up. There is a fourth pictures of her with her hair down wearing a brown jacket which although only low resolution seems to me to be more flattering and would be a better choice. -- Horkana (talk) 23:10, 19 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Pronunciation of her name?[edit]

Does anyone have a citable source for the pronunciation of "Durance"? I'm concerned that what is currently in the article is not only unsourced, but half of it is completely irrelevant (the French pronunciation of the name doesn't belong here because that's presumably not how Erica pronounces it). Did Erica introduce herself (and thereby say her own name) when she did the tribute to Dana Reeve? That (or something like it) would probably be the best available source. I found an interview with Erica on YouTube (originally aired on WPIX-TV in early 2006), in which the interviewer pronounced her name /də'ræns/ while talking to Erica (and was not corrected).
