Metaphor[edit]

Regarding the phrase "Executed Renaissance": Would it be appropriate to say that Jerzy Giedroyc suggested the term but it was Yuriy Lavrinenko who proposed its metaphor? The former only suggested as the title but, as this source[1] stated, Lavrinenko expanded the term so that it encapsulates the writers and their martyrdom as well as their work and their power to resurrect Ukrainian culture.
