Untitled[edit]

In the final paragraph, referring to the song "Poème électronique," the article says "which was recorded from 425 loudspeakers" [emphasis added].

I don't know enough about this to say for certain, but it seems to me that it should be "which was played from...."

New (colour) Photography[edit]

I am new here and uploaded scans of Hasselblad photographs in colour to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Expo_1958 They can be used here but I am not confident whether it is just appropriate to go ahead and edit.

UK section[edit]

The UK section talks about it being the only part of the expo requiring a queue - I assume this is an attempt at humour and is vandalism, so if no-one has any objections I will remove? Ladyrelentless (talk) 21:17, 16 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright problem with Image:Atomium-sm.jpg[edit]

The image Image:Atomium-sm.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

The Requiem "incident"[edit]

This section lacks any significant citations and appears to doubt itself as to whether anything actually happened. Did anything actually happen? Mangoe (talk) 11:56, 9 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It's been fixed. Someone added unsubstantiated/unsourced information to that section at some point. -- mcshadypl TC 01:57, 31 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Impact on George Floyd's death and racism[edit]

Some human zoos were African minority in Expo 58. Unlike King Leopold II of Belgium, which was considered cruel for brutality of Africans in the Congo Free State. --Frontman830 (talk) 02:27, 10 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
