IMHO there is a serious issue here. The series was eventually filmed and shown in Australia, but the idea, scripts and puppets were developed in the US long before the Australian connection.
According one source, Fox asked for a pilot and offered to pay for four scripts pages 11-15. The source also goes on to say that the Sci-Fi channel were involved.
It is not right that this article states "an Australian science fiction television series, produced originally for the Nine Network."
I suggest adopting something along the lines of: "a science fiction television show originally developed in the US but produced for, and shown on, the Australian Nine Network after being rejected by the main US TV networks."

This is basic information for a Sci-fi show, that should be here. What year is Farscape set in? When does John go into space? — Preceding unsigned comment added by MarshallMolasses (talk • contribs) 22:31, 18 April 2014 (UTC)
Any source for this? The on-screen credit is Rockne S. O'Bannon alone, and imdb agrees.Jlynne1219 (talk) 01:44, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
He created the puppets and was an Exec. Producer but, no, so far I as know, he's never been credited as a creator of the show at large. I'd say kill it if bigger nerds than me don't have something. Millahnna (talk) 02:58, 7 June 2014 (UTC)
