Population[edit]

Is the population for Featherstone the ward population because I wouldn't have thought Featherstone to be so big. Mtaylor848 (talk) 20:59, 6 August 2009 (UTC)

Featherstone RUFC[edit]

Featherstone Rovers, wasn't founded until 1902, and appears to have no links to the earlier rugby union (RU) club. However, I have contributed to an article about James "Jimmy" Metcalfe, and I have found details of him playing for Yorkshire (RU) in 1896/7 while playing at Featherstone (RU), does anyone have any information about the RU club of the 1800s in Featherstone. Explosions[edit]

Is the very recent series of explosions at Welburn Transport notable? I have sources: [1][2]. -- OsirisV (talk) 00:47, 1 April 2011 (UTC)
