It's confusing that there are Wikipedia pages on distinct topics for "flash-lamp" and "flashlamp". ("Flash lamp" redirects to "flash-lamp" and "flashlamp" redirects to "flashtube". I had to add the re-direct disambiguation to the former.) I'm skeptical that anyone uses the hyphen consistently to disambiguate. I think things would be better with a disambiguation page that "flash-lamp", "flash lamp", and "flashlamp" all directed towards, with this current page being re-titled to something like "flash-lamp (burning powder)".
