I visited this ghost town (passed through, actually) as a teen in 1970, while traveling with my family to visit my grandparents, who owned a ranch on the mountaintop near Troy, Oregon. It made quite an impression on me, having never seen a real ghost town before. Mmoyer 03:05, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
The USGS says that Flora is a populated place (unincorporated community), so it isn't a ghost town. Jsayre64(talk) 16:37, 24 September 2011 (UTC)
Ghost town also can mean a populated town which has a greatly decreased population from earlier years. —EncMstr (talk) 21:41, 24 September 2011 (UTC)
