Moved this content off the main page because it doesn't seem necessary, and I couldn't find any occurrence of the Bingham reference through Google.

Example: "Do you think the Maple Leafs will win the Stanley Cup this year?" Reply: "When pigs fly!"

One popular alteration of this idiom is "When Bingham skates!" (Richard Bingham is the veteran defensemen of the Mighty Pirates (http://MightyPirates.ca) who hasn't played a single game in the 2005/06 season.)
