Fatality[edit]

I thought that non-Hodgekin's Lymphoma is usually not fatal. Could the prostrate cancer have been an aggravating factor that led to the fatality? Inkan1969 (talk) 15:45, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It is the case with all cancers that some sufferers die of it, some survive it. Whilst lymphoma does not have anything like the death rates of, for example, lung cancer, it is not true to say that lymphoma is 'usually' not fatal - people die of it every day. Is the death rate for non-Hodgekin's Lymphoma less than 50%? If so, then it's correct to say it's usually not fatal. Inkan1969 (talk) 02:18, 13 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
