Untitled[edit]

Just set up this page following a discussion at Talk:Fula people#Spinning off Fulani Jihad States.3F. The idea is to bring together discussion of the Fula jihads and resulting states into one article. It is far from perfect but a start.--A12n 17:22, 2 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yea! how wonderful. If I ever get a burst of energy (directed at Wikipedia) then I'm all over this...T L Miles (talk) 22:08, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Article development[edit]

This article was put together quickly a few years ago in response to a suggestion and an evident need. It probably does not need much more on the individual states (quick summaries and "main article" pointers suffice), but what would be interesting would be some content on interaction among the states and their respective leaders. Some of that is captured in the individual articles, but it could be brought together with some discussion of the context in this article. BTW, seems like this article would also be of relevance to WikiProject Nigeria. Not sure why they are not listed among the supporting projects.--A12n (talk) 14:04, 9 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
