What do they do to...[edit]

What do Saki and Mai do to the Spiral Rings before doing their attack? I watched it on YouTube [1] and still don't get what they are doing before launching their attack. I know just before the attack they spin them, but what do Saki and Mai first do to the Spiral Rings? Tikal-chan 00:46, 20 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Spiral Rings have three parts to them: the main part that they wear (with the "dial" bit), and two little blue rings that are normally just stored off to the side (not sure where Mai's are, but on Saki's there's one on each side of the dial). The first thing they do is... well, the first thing they do is apparently meaningless arm motions, but after that they take the two rings and put them over the dial. --Andrusi 21:01, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Summary length[edit]

Most of the summaries are only 1-sentence long. It would be better to provide more in-depth facts about each episode. Starcity ai 01:09, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Splashstar.jpg[edit]

Image:Splashstar.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

References[edit]

References should be just that: references. Not long explanations. If something needs an explanation, such explanation should be in the article, not as a reference. It goes against every kind of article guideline. If nobody says anything, I'm just going to move those explanations in the article itself in a few days Sirtao (talk) 06:15, 2 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
