I see alot of Libyan articles, such as this one, which basically tack on the end of sentences, 'but in reality Qaddafi controls everything' or thereabouts, apart from the fact that I have seen no legitimate sourcing for these claims. So unless there is some big backlash on these articles, I am going to put those views under opinion related 'criticism', not put down in the 'as a matter of fact' way there are here and on other Libyan related articles. Qaddafi as you know no longer holds any public position, and although no doubt he holds informal influence and power as the Leader of the Revolution, he holds no legal power so I think it's best this go under opinion-related criticism, or maybe an individual 'Criticism of Quddafi' article, I have also seen no referring for the claim that he 'controls the security apparatus', this is controlled by the elected Congresses according to the constitution.
