Anagram![edit]

Would it be worth anything to note that 'Gerin Oil' is an anagram of religion? Come on! Anyone? Am I the first one here to notice? Some real subtle work there Dawkins... T ConX 01:12, 12 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Trimming article[edit]

Most of the article simply reiterates Dawkins's views on religion, which are covered in other articles. If "Gerin oil" really deserves an article, it should be restricted to its use as a figure of speech.

I'll do some trimming.64.180.222.133 (talk) 22:17, 10 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Attempt at answers[edit]

  • There are copies of it on the Web but they almost certainly breech copyright.
  • It is obvious once you know the context. If you were searching for "Gerin oil" without the context it might not be.
  • The entry is a summary of the two articles - the fact that it reproduces Dawkin's view on religion is the point.
