Question(s)?[edit]

Does "Mac and Tosh" have anything to do with Apple Computer naming the "Macintosh"? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by TayStad (talkcontribs) .

No, the Goofy Gophers predate the computers by some time. A McIntosh is simply a variety of apple for which both the gophers and the computers were named. — BrianSmithson 15:05, 10 June 2006 (UTC)

More likely the Gophers were named for Charles Rennie Mackintosh another designer of chairs, like Thomas Chippendale.

And which is the one with the Gophers battling faceless harvesting equipment? — Mmicek 04:37, 29 December 2006 (UTC)

where can i get a video? i've been trying to explain the whole "shall we?", "let's shall" lingo between the gophers, to my girlfriend.

Drew Carey Show[edit]

There was an episode regarding yiffing on the Drew Carey Show that paid a homage to these two characters. Should a mentioned of this be included in the episode? --RightCowLeftCoast (talk) 07:18, 25 January 2011 (UTC)

Sexuality[edit]

It seems heavily implied on the The Looney Tunes Show that the Goofy Gophers are a homosexual couple. Any evidence from the animation staff? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.111.38.226 (talk) 23:05, 7 March 2014 (UTC)
