Drinking Age[edit]

The village code, Title 5 (Business Licenses and Regulations), Chapter 5.08 (Alcoholic Beverages), Article IV (Regulations Pertaining to Minors) states that "No person shall sell, give, or deliver any alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years ... " etc. In light of this, will anyone deciding to once again insert the statement that the drinking age has been lowered to 18 or 19 please provide a source of equal authority?
