Advertising spam?[edit]

This article looks like it may have been recently added to provide supposedly objective support for a current marketing campaign that is currently being distributed via Weatherbug Values' advertising department. See article and compare: http://www.healthresources.net/bloodsugar/index.aspx?SC=HEV1024

I would consider the neutrality of this article in serious question. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.217.161.195 (talk) 20:52, 14 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

removed function[edit]

I have removed the function of mechanism section as no citations were given. This herb is used in many diet pills and I believe it was added to promote a product. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.68.40.178 (talk) 20:03, 16 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

too technical[edit]

The sections of this article are clearly too technical for a public encyclopedia and should be revised to be more accessible. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Siris972 (talkcontribs) 03:13, 3 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Miracle fruit?[edit]

I'm skeptical about the name miracle fruit being used for this leaf. I have one of the references used to support this common name in front of me, but miracle fruit is NOT listed as a common name for G. sylvestre. I'll check the other two references will probably be removing the common name.22:05, 1 November 2012 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Plantdrew (talkcontribs)

Maybe a wrong photo of this plant has been placed into this wikipedia info![edit]
