What new products from Haier have you seen in the U.S. market?
Please mention the story of the founder, which is quite interesting.
There needs to be some metion of the poor level of customer service that is provided to customers. They do not follow up on warranties nor do they care about the concerns of there buyers. - Indeed. Not to mention that I've never had any trouble at all with Haier's customer service. It wasn't great, but it certainly wasn't bad. About average, I'd say. What you said is really not much more than anecdotal evidence. Hackers on steroids (talk) 03:09, 1 May 2010 (UTC)
