What new products from Haier have you seen in the U.S. market?

Please mention the story of the founder, which is quite interesting.

There needs to be some metion of the poor level of customer service that is provided to customers. They do not follow up on warranties nor do they care about the concerns of there buyers. If citation is required, google the number of poor reviews that have been written on the company's products. —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 21:28, 9 July 2009 (UTC)

That's not what Wikipedia is for, if every company page was turned over to consumer service complaints, every single article would become enormous. Take it up with Consumer Reports. —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 23:30, 18 July 2009 (UTC)
Indeed. Not to mention that I've never had any trouble at all with Haier's customer service. It wasn't great, but it certainly wasn't bad. About average, I'd say. What you said is really not much more than anecdotal evidence. Hackers on steroids (talk) 03:09, 1 May 2010 (UTC)

4th largest in the world?[edit]

The reference 1 doesn't point to anything mentioning that it's the 4th largest. Should I remove that? —Preceding unsigned comment added by CristiCbz (talkcontribs) 15:57, 6 October 2010 (UTC)
