Does any one know about the 1950 Hammersmith hospital experiments, in which plutonium was injected in patients without their consent? Also, they were allegedly given "radioactive cocktails", or subjected to full body radiation. 270 pregnant women had radioactive sodium injected into their placentas.

I'm getting this from Jane Goldman's X-Files Book of the Unexplaines Volume II, sorely she didn't make this up, but why is there no information on this?
