Hurricane Irma not a threat?[edit]

On September 8 2017, Governor Scott stated at emergency press briefing and without citing a source that he was assured that the dike was not at risk. The youtube video linked in the article offers some coverage of the risks, levies and dikes. The relevant section is at the 4:08 time mark of the video.
