Citations and NPOV[edit]

This article is badly in need of references backing up many of its assertions. And, even with such references, I'm afraid that it raises serious POV questions.

The assertion that Storing "was considered the foremost authority" on the Anti-Federalists needs sourcing (and would be improved by taking it out of the passive voice....who considered him the foremost authority on the Anti-Federalists?).

The claim that "[i]n comprehensiveness and scholarly thoroughness his works are highly unlikely ever to be superseded" is not only unsourced, but also seems highly speculative and far from displaying a NPOV. If, in fact, someone of note said this about Storing's work, both the sourcing and the NPOV issue could be resolved by quoting that source. Otherwise, I don't think that this claim belongs on Wikipedia.--BenA (talk) 10:14, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I completely agree that this page is unabashedly biased. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.133.141.156 (talk) 16:59, 5 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
This article is substantial, informative and well sourced. An administrator should upgrade the status. It is no longer a stub. The justified criticisms were made years ago and the piece seems significantly improved since then. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gala1990 (talkcontribs) 18:23, 18 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

What Did He Die From?[edit]

He was very young when he died. I want to know what he died from? If anybody knows. Please add it to the article. Thanks!35.11.207.145 (talk) 09:15, 17 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
