History of the Hertza region[edit]

  • Hertza region was a part of the Smaller Romania before WWI.This territory was not mentioned at all in the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact and even it was never claimed before by Soviet Union,--Deguef (talk) 09:10, 8 October 2010 (UTC)
